Easy Pay, a pioneering payment solutions provider, has announced its new role as a seller on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), aiming to expand digital access for MSMEs and small businesses. Building on its existing presence as a buyer on ONDC, Easy Pay’s listing as a seller allows it to offer a comprehensive suite of e-commerce and financial services designed to streamline operations for MSMEs and boost their digital presence.
Through this move, Easy Pay plans to onboard 5,000 MSMEs from both retail and wholesale sectors by the end of the fiscal year. These businesses will gain access to tools that enhance inventory management, order processing, packaging logistics, and seamless payments, all in one integrated platform. This will enable MSMEs to expand their reach in the fast-growing digital marketplace without the high fees and commission costs typically associated with e-commerce.
Nilay Patel, Founder and Managing Director of Easy Pay, highlighted the company's commitment to digital inclusion, stating, “We are dedicated to making ecommerce accessible and achievable for MSMEs. By partnering with ONDC, we’re providing integrated services that allow small businesses to tap into the digital economy with minimal effort and maximum potential.”
By joining ONDC as a seller, Easy Pay provides these businesses exposure to a vast network of buyer apps, helping them reach a wider audience while benefiting from Easy Pay's support with real-time payments, credit access, and logistics solutions. As India’s e-commerce sector is expected to reach $325 billion by 2030, Easy Pay’s involvement offers a crucial opportunity for small businesses to leverage this digital growth.
Easy Pay, one of the first fintech companies to join ONDC for retail and financial service integration, is a decade-old fintech leader focused on empowering businesses and individuals through innovative financial technology. Its platform offers solutions ranging from payment processing to personalised lending and investment strategies, committed to transparency, affordability, and user-centric services.
