Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. collaborated with Microsoft to introduce the Snapdragon Dev Kit for Windows. This compact PC is designed for developers working on applications and experiences for the upcoming generation of AI-powered PCs.
The Snapdragon Dev Kit for Windows is currently available for pre-order, with retail availability starting 18 June and the price is set at USD 899.99.
With a surge of Snapdragon X Series laptops expected to hit the market soon, developers will gain access to new technology for creating optimised software and AI features.
Additionally, the Dev Kit allows developers to leverage the native Windows on Snapdragon toolchain, including industry-standard development tools like Visual Studio/VSCode, to adapt and recompile Windows applications for Snapdragon processors swiftly. This aims to deliver an optimal experience for PC users.

Further, the Snapdragon Dev Kit for Windows features a special, accelerated Developer Edition of the Snapdragon X Elite processor. It also offers a range of ports and a form factor compatible with developers' multi-monitor setups.
