The state-of-the-art lab aims to drive consistent innovation by leveraging a suite of AI-driven technologies to enhance customers’ experiences and operational efficiencies.
The BlinkX Gen AI Lab, based in Mumbai, has a dedicated team of in-house researchers and developers who aim to drive consistent innovations to deliver personalised trading strategies, risk management, portfolio optimization, and faster decision-making capabilities to customers. For example, the AI-driven Hyper Personalised Nudge Engine will send personalised nudges to customers based on their behaviour and channel preference - building industry-first use cases using highly processed customer data from Machine Learning models.
