BenQ, a display technology company, introduced a new monitor specifically designed for programmers and developers. The RD240Q is the first in the new RD Series line.
The RD240Q is priced at Rs 31,990 and will be available in late May 2024. The RD240Q features a 24.1-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, allowing more lines of code to be displayed.
Additionally, the monitor uses BenQ's Fine-Coated Panel with anti-glare and anti-reflective properties. It also has a coding mode that enhances text clarity for various lighting conditions and themes.
For programmer comfort, the RD240Q incorporates night-hours protection technology. This technology combines minimal brightness settings, an eye-care filter, dark room optimisation and Brightness Intelligence Gen2, which automatically adjusts to ambient lighting.
The monitor also includes a KVM switch, multi-stream transport and BenQ's productivity software suite. It is ergonomically adjustable and constructed with recycled materials.
